Summary
Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned physician practice (s). Works in collaboration with physician team to provide quality care to patients and quality support to providers through consistent communication. Responsible for entering clinical documentation into the electronic health record (EHR) on behalf of and in the presence of the physician.
Education
Must be a graduate of a school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification
LPN Licensure and AHA CPR Certification.
Experience
LPN experience in a physician office preferred. Experience with entering clinical documentation into the EHR on behalf of the physician preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations, service excellence, clinical quality initiatives preferred. Must be familiar with computers, electronic medical record experience preferred. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
