PPS Coordinator

As a Support Specialist- you will:  

 

Supervision IRF PPS functions Ensures seamless communication between the rehabilitation team and other departments Provides training and development to rehabilitation team and administration. Ensures IRF is operating within CMS regulations ensuring compliance and outcomes. Supervises admission process including the admissions coordinator. Ensures all patients on unit are scheduled as per CMS requirements and monitors daily provision of therapy.

 

As a Support Specialist- you need:

 

Associate of applied Science degree or higher from an accredited program Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or Recreational Therapy. Master's Degree Preferred  NYS license and current registration. 

Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in an IRF
