Quality Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure local unit has the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer. You will be mainly accountable for:1. \tAs process quality section leader, build up reliable quality control mechanism;\t\t\t\t\t\t2. \tThrough qulaity scheme, inspection, optimization & improvement, enable PDCA control cycling;\t\t\t\t\t\t3. \tConvert customer voice inside and increase sensivity of quality detection, identify risk and point out direction, drive IPU & function departments participate in customers' satisfication improvement; \t\t\t\t\t\t4. \tBeing responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data, prepare reports for internal and group reporting;\t\t\t\t\t\t5. \tTeam management: Blue collar and white collar, set up efficient , flexible & competent quality control team;\t\t\t\t\t\t6. \tPartipate quality improvement transform project as section leader;\t\t\t\t\t\t7. \tOther regular management work

Qualifications for the role

Education(Level): Bachelor degree or above\t\t\t\tMajor: Engineering\t\t\t\tLanguage: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading. Oral basic communication \t\t\t\tPC Skills:\tFamiliar with Microsoft Office and SAP.\t\t\t\tPersonality: Independent thinking & Teamwork player and good communication skills. Self-motivation. Willing to change\t\t\t\t5+ years of experience of quality in relevant industry, well known quality knowledge and independent thinking QMExperience of team management \t\t\t\t\t
