PQM Project Assistant

We’re just built to be better. We are a great company. We are seeking a **PQM Project Assistant** to join our Duluth, GA team! Come join us! **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Support Program team, as needed, in processing necessary project and administrative documents. + Process contractor and designer invoices for payment. + Process RFIs and submittals between designers and contractors. Keep logs of both document types. + Maintain bid documents in current status to include all Legal and Purchasing updates. + Coordinate required contract documents for contractors and designers. + Process insurance documentation for all contractors and designers. Work with Cobb Insurance Coordinator to ensure all requirements are met. + Maintain all Cobb On-Base requirements. + Create Contrans numbers and submissions to Cobb Legal. + Provide insurance direction in prebid meetings. + Record and transcribe meeting minutes. + Prepare RFP and ITB addenda as directed by Project Managers. + Prepare power point presentations as needed. + Prepare agenda and minutes for bi-weekly program status meeting and others as needed. **Minimum requirements:** + Atlas Technical Consultants is looking for a self-assured, reliable office engineer to work with a commercial construction project management team to represent Cobb County PARKS (the Owner) in various construction projects. + You should be able to work well within a team and also with external vendors and County agencies. + The top candidate should have good organizational, time management, problem solving and communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is a must. + You will report to the Program Manager. + The position is located in the Cobb PARKS Administration Offices at 1792 County Services Parkway, Marietta GA 30008. **Technical requirements:** + Proven work experience in commercial construction administration. + Working knowledge of/experience with parks’ operations and municipal procurement practices. **Benefits:** Atlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
