What will you do?En Barceló Hotel Group estamos buscando a una persona en prácticas para nuestro equipo de Revenue Corporativo en nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Palma de Mallorca. La persona seleccionada participará en la implantación y procesos de estrategias que maximicen los ingresos y rentabilidad de los hoteles.
Además, dará soporte en las siguientes funciones:
Apoyar en la gestión de los ingresos y el business mix de canales para mejorar la rentabilidad.Contribuir a estrategias comerciales de acuerdo con los objetivos de la empresa que aporten a la rentabilidad del hotel.Analizar el pick up, ajuste de estrategias e informes.Monitorizar los KPIs a nivel hotel para poder alcanzar los objetivos.Analizar el rendimiento mensual general del hotel para mejorar las estrategias a largo plazo.Participará en la elaboración de los estándares de mejores prácticas para incluir: análisis de la competencia; modelado de mercado; gestión del rendimiento de la distribución; gestión del rendimiento de la combinación de negocios; gestión del rendimiento de la duración de la estancia; disponibilidad de inventario por canal; control de precios y nuevos conceptos de precios.Apyar en la evaluación del desempeño de otros distribuidores y tarifas contratadas (OTA, FIT, tour operador, corporativo, consorcios, crew, grupos, etc…).Colaborar con los channels del hotel para integrar aún más una cultura de gestión de ingresos.What are we looking for?Habilidades clave:
