Your role and responsibilities

Our focus sectors are Healthcare, Life Sciences, Food Service and Retail, being Laboratory Automation one of our main applications.Tasks to be performed:•\tSupports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.•\tSupports the preparation analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.•\tSupports the implementation of global standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.•\tPrepares technical documentation.•\tPrepares technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers.•\tSupports the introduction and maintenance of opportunities in the CRM.•\tGathers, analyzes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.•\tDevelops and maintains dashboards and reports to track performance and identify opportunities.

Qualifications for the role

\tEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree students in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar.\tLanguages: high English is a plus.\tAdditional knowledge: High level of Excel and Power Point essential. Knowledge of PowerBI and programming will be valued
