Client and Project Management
- Act as day-to-day client contact and primary liaison between the client and implementing team
- Oversee the overall production of project deliverables, working, and leading team members as necessary, and ensuring delivery quality and timeliness
- Inform internal team members of possible issues as they arise, and manage the outcomes of these
- Develop project plans to monitor and track progress, Update project trackers
- Ensure that the output submitted to client are aligned with overall strategy and direction
- Provides strategic and tactical recommendations as needed
- Lead the weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients and internal team
Cross-Functional Collab
- Develop briefs and job requests for other NGP shared service units (media relation, editorial)
Business Development
- Assist, and occasionally lead, the development of pitches
- Lead in the development of cost proposals
- Negotiate scope of work and pricing
- Build relationships with current and potential clients to expand business opportunities
Strategy Development
- Help identify and track trends in the sector that may affect the client
- Help identify trends/changes in communication platforms that may affect the delivery of client’s messages
- Assist in the creation of PR roadmaps
