Key Responsibilities
Leading PR and organic social delivery on assigned accounts (across various industries) and ensuring strategy is implemented as directed by the Solutions/Strategy Teams Developing and deploying PR and social campaigns across your accounts Briefing and delegating content to the wider team to assist with campaign delivery Regularly producing PR collateral such as press releases, case studies, press packs, etc Leading sell in on PR campaigns across a range of relevant digital media Developing and maintaining relationships with key influencers and journalists Regularly producing social collateral such as content plans and providing social consultancy and managing social networks Working closely with the wider Experience Content team and external teams, encouraging communication & collaboration Building client relationships, attending client meetings and calls where required Regularly reviewing our campaigns to measure how they’re performing and how we can take learnings from this to develop and improve in the future Supporting senior team members on new business requirements and strategic PR and social recommendations Leading ideation sessions and developing PR & social ideas where required Developing and supporting more junior team members to help develop their PR & social skills Auditing clients’ PR & social activity and making recommendations for improvements Researching and understanding the brands you work on and highlighting opportunities for exposure through PR & social activity Monitoring PR & social trends and relevant industry news and sharing this with the wider teamDesired skills
Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and media. A keen understanding of the media and journalistic landscape. Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to use Excel to analyse data Social media experience is a preference Knowledge of running B2C and B2B digital PR campaigns Strong problem-solving skillsRole requirements
