Description PR/Communications Specialist - Contract - Onsite in Dallas, TX 30-35 hours per week, 3+ month contract The PR/Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing public relations and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand guidelines. This position requires exceptional writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Day in the Life / Key Responsibilities: + Drafting press releases and posting approved releases on the company website. + Creating and scheduling social media content, ensuring alignment with approved messaging. + Managing inbound media inquiries by routing them to the appropriate team members and delivering approved responses. + Supporting media outreach efforts and building relationships with reporters and influencers using approved communications. + Assisting with research for communication strategies, including writing abstracts, briefing materials, and talking points. + Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on media and social media coverage.
