As a relatively new department with significant growth potential, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a burgeoning success story. Your primary responsibility will be to support the PR & Influence team providing insightful and innovative PR & influencer recommendations for our clients. But you’ll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job! **Responsibilities** **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assisting in the development and implementation of PR & influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences. + Identifying and building relationships with key influencers, key opinion leaders, and industry experts in the relevant market segments. + Supporting the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate brand messaging. + Monitoring and analyzing the performance of PR & influencer campaigns and providing regular reports to the team lead and stakeholders. + Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in PR and influencer marketing strategies. + Collaborating with internal teams, such as content, media, and creation, to ensure cohesive communication and campaign execution. + Managing and maintaining media lists, influencer databases, and editorial calendars to ensure targeted outreach and coverage. + Providing administrative support to the PR & Influence team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining budgets, and tracking project timelines. **Qualifications** **WHO ARE YOU?** + You are curious, honest, brave, generous and take ownership. You are ready to help us realize the impossible, while having some fun in the process. + You have a critical mindset, because you are committed, and want to put it to use to shape progress for brands, people and society. + You have a broad field of interests and a passion for PR, social media and communication. + You know the Belgian press and influencer landscape like the back of your hand. + You have 1 to 3 years’ experience in PR and influencer marketing and thus already have at least 1 previous work experience. + You’re able to work successfully within a team, handling high volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure when needed. + You are a critical thinker, a problem solver and have an eagle eye for details. + Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and verbal communication); proficiency in French is an added advantage. **Additional information** **Have you become enthusiastic after reading?
