PR Manager

Remedy is looking for a strategic leader with strong communication skills to join us as our PR Manager. As PR Manager, you will lead the development and execution of PR campaigns for Remedy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

Public Relations

Lead PR Campaign Development: Spearhead the creation and execution of PR campaigns across all treatment and product lines, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives. Strategize and Implement PR Programs: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive public relations programs that support the company’s goals, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns and event logistics. Key PR Contact: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the PR team, facilitating seamless integration of campaign strategies and Always On ideas through meticulous planning and execution. Story Promotion and Publicity: Proactively seek out and promote stories that enhance Remedy’s reputation, pursuing media opportunities that align with our brand. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media partners, and other key contacts, managing their profiling and ensuring positive coverage. Metrics Analysis: Analyze PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and value of campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies. Leadership Communication: Communicate the outcomes and impact of media relations initiatives to company leadership, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, providing PR consultation and support to ensure that their goals align with overall campaign objectives. Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship to PR team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to develop effective PR campaigns and navigate diverse media landscapes​

Influencer Marketing

Media Communication and Influencer Strategies: Plan, develop, and execute media communication strategies and influencer marketing programs aligned with the company’s business objectives. Leadership and Oversight: Lead Key Online Leaders and manage all influencer operations to ensure consistent and impactful influencer engagements. Performance Analysis and KPI Setting: Analyze the performance of influencer marketing efforts and set clear KPIs to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability. Revenue Contribution and Budget Management: Implement strategic tactics to enhance influencer marketing contributions to revenue, overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial efficiency in all influencer-related initiatives​.

Agency Coordination

Local Agency Coordination: Coordinate with local agencies to manage monthly and per-campaign costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and comprehensive post-event reporting to evaluate success and areas for improvement. Press Releases and Media Materials: Collaborate with partner agencies or internal copywriting teams to prepare and distribute press releases and media materials to local, regional, and national media outlets, ensuring consistent and effective communication of brand messages
