Site Name: Warsaw Posted Date: Jan 31 2025 Public Relations Project Manager (18months maternity cover) In this role you will be involved in PR and communications activities aimed to strengthen GSK’s reputation and position. Working along Corporate & Patients Affairs Department Manager, you will work on the access position of GSK, and corporate narrative, support internal engagement agenda as well as serve as a point of contact for Patients Advocacy Groups. The role will work in collaboration with cross – functional teams (including GA, MA, Medical & Commercial) Key Responsibilities: Alongside the Corporate & Patients Affairs Department Manger, the Public Relations Project Manager will be accountable for building GSK’s reputation externally and internally. The Public Relations Project Manager monitors corporate, patients and market trends to feed the insights into the evolving commercial and reputational strategy The Public Relations Project Manager contributes to the development and execution GSK corporate and communication strategy for Poland (both internal and external). Develop / strengthen relationship with a wide variety of Patients Advocacy Groups and comms organizations, acting as one of the Points of Contact. The Public Relations Project Manager is accountable for maintaining strong and trustful media relations. The Public Relations Project Manager delivers internal communications strategy, managing a set of internal channels and providing guidance on best channel mix for a given activity. Why you? Master’s degree in an appropriate field (commercial, science, communication) or equivalent experience 5+ years in life-science or similar relevant environment, with proven experience in Corporate functions or similar roles Proven record of working in cross-functional teams Strong project management skills “Can do” attitude Excellent communicator and networker Creativity and multitasking Excellent oral and written level of English and Polish Why GSK?
