Description

ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.

We are looking for a public relations traine for a period of 6 months. You will find some more information on the role and expectations below.

Main responsibilities:

Mapping of media outlets, stakeholder organizations and influencers within the framework of European projects/campaigns

Managing and updating databases

Pitching and reaching out to media outlets, stakeholder organizations and influencers by e-mail and phone (mostly in English but any additional languages is an asset)

Ensuring the set-up and sending of mailings and surveys via dedicated tools

Checking online content generated by online users

Assessing the content based on a set of community guidelines and flagging the content that is not in line with these guidelines 

Monitoring of PR and social media activities and project/campaign pick up

Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations

Requirements :

Attention to details 

Good storytelling and pitching skills

Good written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of English (any other language will be considered an asset)

Good understanding of EU institutions and interest in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens

At ease with Microsoft Office, mailings and survey tools

Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do mindset

Good interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines

Willingness in acquiring new skills and undertaking new tasks

Quick learner, receptive to new information and assignments
