Practical Law, a division of Thomson Reuters, is looking for a summer intern who has completed their first or second year at an ABA-accredited law school for Summer 2023 (with possible fall extension) to work with our Labor and Employment team.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Practical Law Labor and Employment Summer Intern, you will:
Conduct legal research on various topics related to Labor and Employment.
Engage in quality assurance with respect to Practical Law content.
Assist in assembling content, including incorporating legal updates.
Summarize changes to primary law.
Provide additional support as needed.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of a Practical Law Labor and Employment Summer Intern if you:
Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate an ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
Have an impressive command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English.
Consistently pay strong attention to detail and have good organizational skills.
Can work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and achieve individual objectives within larger team projects.
Have experience using Westlaw and Microsoft Office products.
Have experience or an interest in Labor and Employment law.

The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $0 - $0.
