Summary of Role

Supports HR processes, applies company policies and procedures to resolve diverse day to day issues within a small level of complexity. Helps create and develop HR’s solutions to meet business requirements. Ability to positively address human capital issues with a wellbeing emphasis.

Main Responsibilities

• Helps maintain the wellbeing program for Colombia and the region.

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve day to day issues.

• Provides creative solutions to small-complexity problems related to HR.

• Works on problems of a small-complexity scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

• Builds productive internal/external working relationships, being a key focus point for internal clients.

• Works on new projects or assignments with creativity and problem solving.
