Tu rol en Baxter

Salvar y Sostener vidas por medio de la Gestión Documental y de facturas de proveedores de servicios logísticos.

Lo que haras en Baxter:

1. Seguimiento a facturas de proveedores Nacionales e Internacionales.

2. Proporcionar la información necesaria para las declaraciones de importación.

3. Generación de órdenes de compra, seguimiento a aprobaciones y cumplimiento de entregas (incluye recibo en Coupa)

4. Contabilización a las cuentas correctas de las facturas de proveedores logísticos.

5. Asegurar que los proveedores logísticos este cobrando los valores previamente acordados.

6. Facturación de los procesos de exportación.

7. Gestión documental de poderes, documentos legales y creación de proveedores.

8. Creación y gestión de órdenes de compra.

9. Consolidación de reportes relacionados al pago de impuestos aduaneros.

Lo que aportaras Baxter:

1. Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales o afines.

2.Disponibilidad inmediata para iniciar practica.

3.No haber firmado contrato tipo Sena.
