Soporte a la cadena de suministro y servicio al cliente, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad.
Responsibilities
SCM (Supply Chain Management):
Seguimiento y mantenimiento de indicadores del área, Apoyo en proyectos de mejora de procesos YB/GB, Elaboración de informes mensuales, Soporte general a actividades de SCM.
Atención al Cliente (CSD):
Procesamiento de órdenes locales y de exportación, Planificación de pedidos para zona frozen PDC, Gestión de facturación (clientes y servicios), manejo de documentación de embarques, trámites de certificados de origen, elaboración de facturas proforma, gestión de notas de crédito, apoyo general a actividades de CSD.
Cumplimiento Normativo y QESH:
Adherencia al Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Laboral, cumplimiento de directivas ESHA, conocimiento de riesgos laborales del puesto. El rol combina principalmente funciones de soporte a la cadena de suministro y servicio al cliente, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad.
Requirements
Estudiante de Ingeniería en logística, Industrial, negocios internacionales, comercio internacional.
Inglés Intermedio
