Responsibilities Serve as a legal advisor and business partner providing legal advice and assistance on matters related to a health law practice area.Provide legal advice, support and counsel to the organization's legal function in support of strategic and operational priorities within a health law practice area.Support, promote and implement legal initiatives.Advance the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines supporting the health law practice area.Keep current with legal developments affecting the health law practice area and incorporate such information into advice, counsel and support for the organization.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

Juris Doctorate degree required.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.
Additional Preferences Healthcare experience preferred
