A Day in the LifeAs part of your daily responsibilities, you will manage and track critical due dates. You will also handle calendaring, as well as prepare and organize signature and closing packages. In addition, you will draft shell documents and other necessary forms, while retrieving, saving, organizing, and maintaining electronic files. Your duties will include preparing closing binders, ordering lien searches, and requesting survey proposals. You will also perform other administrative tasks as needed.

You understand that this position requires your keen eye for detail and ability to juggle and reprioritize as needed. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is preferred but not required.Proficient use of word processing programs and features, including preparing, editing, saving and retrieval of documents. Who We Are
