Job description
Infosys is seeking a Practice Client Partner for its Data & Analytics Practice. The Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Senior Practice Client Partner) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Practice Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $30-$40 million.

Role description:Client relationship management and business development:Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-$40M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific verticalDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline at any given point in time, collaborating closely with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clientsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and requirements. Present tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our data and analytics servicesClient delivery assurance:Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, and analytics team, to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offeringsCollaborate with technology providers and partners to enhance our service capabilities and address client needs comprehensivelyAccount planning and governance:Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue attainment and pipeline growth, bottom-line performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceSignificant business development and project management experienceTrack record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contactsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
