Practice Group Leader - Intapp Collaboration Financial Services

The Practice Group Leader (PGL) for Intapp Collaboration is responsible for the comprehensive success of the Intapp Collaboration offering in the Financial Services Vertical.

This includes success in terms of sales performance and client referenceability, ensuring the solution is optimized to meet and exceed customer expectations.

The PGL works closely with regional sales channel (the MDs, Acccount Managers, Sales and Value Engineering) and is expected to have direct impact on the revenue growth and client referenceability of the Collaboration business unit for their sales segment.

The PGL will have substantial technical credibility, particularly an understanding of integrating with M365. The PGL will be a bona fide expert in the technical infrastructure financial services firms need at the intersection of deal management and content management solutions.

Intapp Collaboration for DealCloud (“ICD”) is the current Collaboration offering for the Financial Services vertical. The PGL will be an integral part of the ICD team, made up of Product, Industry Solutions, Services and Client Success counterparts and overseen by the Collaboration BU. As a member of this team, the PGL will help to ensure the group is aligned and fully informed with respect to market needs and priorities to ensure the ICD solution is optimized to succeed in the Financial Services market.

The Practice Group Leader works closely with the Intapp Product and Marketing teams, industry organizations and peers across the Intapp PGL teams to drive brand awareness and preference for our solutions.

What you will do:

Revenue Attainment

· Work with DealCloud Account Managers to identify good-fit clients for the ICD solution and support pursuits, particularly with respect to technical expertise on the ICD solution and M365.

· Ensure that clients’ requirements and expectations align with the ICD blueprint to the greatest extent possible, setting up efficient, successful implementation services engagements.

· Deliver deals that meet targets related to ICD blueprint-based and/or fixed fee Services projects.

· Deliver the required volume of deals and revenue advancing through the sales pipeline.

· Work closely with sales Account Managers to consistently deliver on-plan or greater sales performance.

· Support enablement of Account Managers and other sales professionals on the Collaboration value proposition and positioning.

· Transfer knowledge gained from client engagement to the Collaboration BU, sales and product marketing team to assist in the development of Solution Selling tools. (pain chains, vision statements, sponsor/power sponsor emails, implementation plans).

· Develop and deliver market-relevant solution demos.

· Identify clients’ unique drivers for change and consequent application of Intapp technology.

· Educate clients on business problems/solutions addressed by Intapp products.

· Strictly adhere to the sales methodology, process and data gathering requirements.

· Justify value of Intapp products by assisting the field team and Collaboration BU in the creation of business cases, project plans and other supporting collateral.

· Serve at the market-facing expert on Intapp Collaboration. Host webinars, client and prospect round table. Engage as a thought leader/product ambassador for Intapp Collaboration at industry conferences, Intapp and other sponsored events and webinars.

· Own the “ideal client profile” for the Intapp Collaboration solution in the financial services market.

Product optimization

· Serve as the internal expert on best practice deployment of our solution for prospective clients, setting them up for quick time to value.

· Transfer knowledge gained from client engagement to the Collaboration BU, sales and product marketing team to assist in the development of selling tools.

· Work with the ICD team to guide product evolution and enable continued client success. Incorporate input from customers and sales teams.

· Work with support teams to identify product or process issues that negatively impact solutions success and work with appropriate Intapp teams to resolve.

· Build a relationship network of influencers that can advocate for our solutions.

· In coordination with Client Success, speak with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure that the Collaboration business unit is fully aware of issues and opportunities to improve the solution and/or services and support processes. Work collaboratively with product, client success, services and support teams to optimize the solution/processes to deliver referenceable clients.

What you will need:

· Ability to vet a client’s business and technical requirements against a defined solution

· Ability to advise firms on best practice use of technology to achieve stated business outcomes, seeking alignment but equally recognizing when there simply is not a good fit

· Understanding of (or willingness and ability to learn about) Microsoft and M365, e.g. MS permissions and security access, SharePoint and Teams limitations and capabilities, etc

· Experience of working effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver sales and client success.

· Capability to present value propositions to C level executives

· 5+ years of experience in technology related to financial services organizations

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct client interaction.

· Excellent organizational and administrative skills; must be detail oriented.

· Results-oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding internal and external customers.

· Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.

· Team player with ability to communicate well and coordinate work with disparate team members.

· Flexibility to travel globally.

For New York City based roles, Base Pay Range is $150,000/yr - $160,000/yr.  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included
