Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and technical insight in order to innovate and enhance solutions to support strategic goal achievementOwn the roadmap for the technological development of new and existing processes and service offerings Advocate customer focussed solutions to business problemsDevelop strategies designed to optimise existing processesLead and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement workshops, including presentation of analysis, findings and proposed solutionsProvide technical findings to the business in non-technical termsProvide expert stakeholder management and subject matter expertise to the businessConduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring and reporting to support business decisions required for proposed solutionsTo be successful in this role you will be:
A polished senior leader with over 5 years’ experience, comfortable working across all levels of organisations across a range of industry sectorsA well-developed understanding of digital transformation and innovationAdvanced strategic and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to identify, build and deliver both tactical and strategic change initiativesAn advanced understanding of workers compensation insurance policy and claims service delivery and associated risk management implications will be viewed favorably.Flexible working arrangements
