Distinguished by specialized expertise and a record of success. This role involves managing the largest, most complex sales with brand-recognized accounts with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include: + **Sales Management:** Manages the largest, most complex sales with brand-recognized accounts with minimal supervision and may be responsible for a high quota with a more specialized focus. + **Communication and Analysis:** Demonstrates advanced communication skills and advanced data analysis, leveraging extensive experience and knowledge to creatively resolve complex issues. + **Product Expertise:** May introduce new products or provide product expertise. + **Leadership:** Leads other team members and mentors less experienced colleagues. + **Sales Career Path:** If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I13 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity. + **Supervisor:** No direct supervisory responsibilities. **Duties Directly Related to Making Sales Include:** + Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customer site + Communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solutions/sales + Traveling to/from the customer premises for sales activities + Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues + Advising customers on the suitability of products based on technical needs + Preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales + Researching and developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering + Researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities This job code may apply to both exempt and non-exempt employees depending on state requirements. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience.
