We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and inspiring leader to play a pivotal role in delivering our PgM offering to clients across horizontal and vertical sectors. This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven director-level project management professional eager to make a lasting impact. As a key member of our Buildings + Places leadership team, you will lead and shape our PgM practice, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results across a diverse range of projects. **What will a day in this role look like?** + Provide inspirational coaching and mentoring to a well-established, diverse national team of Program Management professionals. + Foster and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery. + Enhance AECOM's profile and reputation within the sector. + Be an active and visible champion of our multi-disciplinary services, driving innovation and collaboration.
