Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Consultant to join our Practice Management team. In this role, you will build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our financial professionals by identifying their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions. Leveraging your expertise in branding, social media, growth tools, and technology, you will deliver strategic guidance and resources that foster business growth and enhance financial professional engagement. This is a key role within our financial solutions firm, requiring a proactive, innovative, and collaborative approach to ensure an exceptional experience for our financial professionals. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends, craft innovative resources, and uncover opportunities that inspire engagement and satisfaction among financial professionals. You will play a vital role in empowering financial professionals, shaping their success, and contributing to the growth of our firm. Essential Duties Relationship Building and Consulting Proactively engage financial professionals through calls and marketing campaigns to promote Practice Management programs, Cambridge Source programs, and other firm resources. Foster long-term relationships with financial professionals by delivering strategic consulting on branding, social media, growth tools, and technology tailored to their business needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial professionals feel supported and empowered in achieving their goals. Training, Collaboration, and Support Partner with internal teams to educate staff on marketing, business-building tools, and firm resources through huddles, team meetings, and training sessions. Collaborate across departments to provide seamless service and implement high-impact business solutions for financial professionals. Program Development and Strategic Planning Develop, implement, and maintain resources to promote Practice Management and its offerings to financial professionals and administrative staff. Work with leadership to develop and execute department strategic plans, initiatives, and overall strategies aimed at enhancing financial professional engagement and satisfaction. Feedback and Continuous Improvement Collect and communicate feedback from financial professionals to improve processes, procedures, and overall experience. Advocate for new ideas and methods to elevate the financial professional experience within Practice Management and the firm as a whole. Metrics and Knowledge Management Regularly report engagement metrics and results to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with department goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, external platforms, and internal programs to provide informed guidance and solutions. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with business consulting and/or practice management concepts, preferably within the financial industry. Certificates & Licenses Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification is required for this role. Compensation: $65,000-$80,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
