WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations at our MyCare 365 Garner and Fayetteville Road locations. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse or Radiologic Technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care the WakeWay.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the supervision and management of physician services within the assigned practice(s). Reporting to the Director of Service Line Practices, you’ll coordinate and integrate resources to meet both short-term and long-range goals of WakeMed Physician Practices.

You’ll work closely with physician leaders to:

Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, DHHS)Enhance operational efficiencyFoster physician engagement and integrationSupport the mission, values, and strategic direction of WakeMedWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in health administration or healthcare management (required)Must be a Registered Nurse OR Registered Radiologic Technologist2+ years of healthcare management experience (required)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsA commitment to excellence and patient-centered careWhy WakeMed?
