In this role you will work to support the providers, staff and clinics in a manner that ensures patient care is delivered in a safe, timely and patient-centered manner. You will focus on the implementation of operational plans that lead to achievement of strategic initiatives. You will oversee the daily operations of two main clinics and 1 satellite clinic and will be responsible for supporting 9 providers, 5 APP’s and 30 staff. **What to Expect:** + Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards. + Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice and ensures their achievement. + Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget. + Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. + May require cross functional knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems. + Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree **What’s in it for you** At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
