Mercy Ortho Clinic in Joplin is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our team. Overview: The Practice Manager has a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. This position contributes to the success and growth of the practice while fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications: Education: High school Diploma or equivalent; Education may be considered in lieu of experience. Experience: 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met.
