This individual is responsible for the successful management of all assigned clinics. In conjunction with the Medical Director, they oversee administrative functions including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning and development. The Practice Manager III/UKHC will implement adjustments to the clinic operation that will support enterprise-wide initiatives. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience Previous experience in healthcare operations and/or ambulatory clinic operations. Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs. Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.
