Set the strategy and lead multiple audit engagements through planning, fieldwork, closing meetings, and final reporting. Lead your team of 3-5 direct reports as a disciplinary leader, providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate the team’s growth. Leverage data analysis and technology-driven auditing techniques to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk exposure throughout audit projects. Champion continuous process improvement, adapting audit approaches and processes to changing business environments. Fully own the client relationship with senior management during the engagement. Collaborate closely with the CF A Heads of Assurance Practice/Region to align on drawn conclusions and communication towards clients. Lead audit closing meetings with senior management and effectively communicate findings.What you need to make real what matters.
At least 10 years of professional experience within Siemens, a Big 4, or a consulting company. University master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related fields. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus, but not required. Strong agile leadership and project management expertise in a complex global organization. Intensive experience in at least two of the following or similar areas: Engineering, Project/Commercial Project Management, Digitalization, Financial Reporting, Product Lifecycle Management, SCM, or Strategy. Ability to give direct and candid feedback in an appropriate fashion at various levels of the organization. Leadership that is purposeful, empathetic, and characterized by integrity in actions and decisions. Excellent conflict management skills as well as communication skills with a strong focus on listening skills, convincing on facts, Strongly emphasized ability to clearly articulate complex business issues in a simple and concise manner, including recommended solutions with corresponding business opportunities and risks. Strong desire and drive to develop into future executive roles. Preference towards candidates who have worked in an international business setting and have experience and passion for working in diverse teams. Flexibility to travel internationally and live/embrace our work-remotely culture. Fluency in English is essential – additional languages are always an advantage.What we offer:
