This role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and promoting a patient-centric environment. Responsibilities: + Conduct regular performance reviews and set performance goals + Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient demand + Coordinate staff schedules, assign duties, and manage workload distribution + Provides coverage to front office as needed + May provide leadership, coaching and mentorship + Oversee scheduling, patient registration and appointment management + Ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance claims processing + Manage inventory, supplies and equipment maintenance + Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize patient care and resource utilization + Foster a patient-centric environment by promoting high-quality care and compassionate service + Address patient concerns and complaints + Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on feedback + Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance + Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards + Collaborate with finance and patient accounting teams to manage the practices financial aspects + Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed + Complete billing (School, County and insurance based) and verifies insurance benefits/ eligibility in accordance with policy, practice and schedule for all programs + Reconcile billing and payment information as needed + Utilize and manage healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and associated software + Promote the adoption of technology for improved efficiency and patient care + Performs other related duties as directed or required. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in an office setting, required. Education: High School Diploma, required.
