Knowledge of the Warranty Policy and Procedure Manual, Dealer Bulletins. Knowledge of PTS, FDRS,VCMM,IDS, computer skills and effective communication/Presentation skills  Understanding of vehicle mechanicals, electricals, petrol and diesel injection systems. Ability to analyze components presented to confirm cause of failures. Ability to interpret quality data. Ability to drive Forklift.
