Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Accurately transcribes, acquires and transmits information regarding patient's pre-surgical data. Assures
all patient charts are completed with the appropriate data for the next scheduled day's cases.  Reviews all incoming communications regarding patient information and follows through to the appropriate RN and/or Anesthesiologist; coordinates calls to acquire patient information prior to
surgery for assessment and follow-up.   EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years
