NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Pre-Apprentice Electrician in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Summary + Under direct supervision assists electricians in performing electrical work + Runs wire or cable according to job specifications + Uses power tools to drill holes for routing cable or wire + Installs basic electrical components including receptacles, switches, etc. + Delivers equipment to job sites + Complies with all company/customer safety policies and procedures. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + OSHA 10 hour or ability to obtain + Pre-approval for acceptance in ABC Registered Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program or pre-approval within 90 days of hire required + Prior mechanical, farming or commercial electrical experience a plus + Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician License + Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
