Pre-Award Specialist II
Pre-Award, Research Administrator + The Pre-Award Specialist II provides pre-award services to help research investigators develop and submit federal, state, foundation, private, and other sponsored project proposals throughout the entire research enterprise of the health system. + Responsibilities include providing services in various aspects of the proposal preparation phase, interpretation of the sponsoring agency's guidelines, budget development, gathering documentation to support sub-awards and subcontracts, coordination of required approvals, and regulatory requirements. + The role involves oversight and management of up to 80 assigned proposals per year, reviewing project budgets, coordinating proposal development assistance to principal investigators, and ensuring that proposals meet sponsor requirements and are compliant with all guidelines. Hard Skills + 4-5 years of experience in pre-award services + Bachelor's Degree required, higher education preferred + Proposal Development + Uniform Guidance + Knowledge of Grant Research + Software packages (Huron Research Suite, Microsoft Suite, Oracle ERP, InfoReady) This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). 100% remote opportunity with the requirement to come on site once a quarter for meetings in Wilmington, DE, Orlando, FL, or Jacksonville, FL.
