This position with APD will serve staff and management across the Agency. SALARY RANGE $40,351.04 - $43,500.00 Annually $1,551.96 - $1,673.08 Bi-weekly Position Summary This is a professional Lead Worker position responsible that will work closely with the Regional Program Supervisor for assisting with the oversight of the unit that provides referral, intake, and support coordination services to developmentally disabled clients and their families. The Work You Will Do + Provides guidance to staff within the unit by assigning cases, makes, and issues special assignments, assisting with case problems, plan schedule of activities, follows established rules, regulations and procedures. Will complete monthly reports, track assignments, and perform other administrative duties related to the oversight of the area per the Regional Program Supervisor. Administrative duties may relate to completing reports, planning workloads, workflows, deadlines, work objectives and time utilization with employees. Meets with staff regarding assignments, instruction, and follow up actions. + Guides the staff to ensure support plans completed and/or annual status reviews are updated annually by due date. + Guides the staff to ensure that Pre-Enrollment crisis request are processed timely by due date. + Reviews and works with staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all unit expenditures to be purchased for client services on the designated forms that will be generated by the Allocation, Budget and Contract System (ABC), and monitors compliance of the mandatory requirements FL Statutes, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) or other regulations. + Reviews collateral documents to ensure client eligibility. Refers to eligibility consultant when appropriate. Works with staff to ensure that all intake procedures are completed within required time frames. + Ensures staff update iConnect for client demographics and other related items in iConnect. ​​​​​​​ + Conducts outreach and/or presentations in the community as needed. ​​​​​​​ + Perform other related duties as assigned.
