Pre-Licensed Therapist- School Based

Fraser is currently seeking a therapist to support children with mental health diagnoses in an early childhood school-based setting. You must hold a Master's degree in a mental health discipline and be on a clinical licensure track for this role (LPCC, LMFT or LICSW). In this unique position, you will collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the child's life, and Fraser staff and clinicians.

Qualifications:

Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW) or close to obtaining Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a clinical setting Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Caseloads:

Preschool day treatment and outpatient (individual and family) therapy services working with children, families, and young adults with mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams  Positively promote change in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills Provide work direction and leadership to staff in day treatment programs Documentation

Schedule & Pay: 

Full time, standard business hours  Recent market adjustments! $62,000 annual salary - depending on qualifications
