Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.

What you're responsible for:

Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for saleCompleting car sales checklist for each vehicle listedUpdating website with available inventory for saleEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and detailedPreparing inventory for weekly auctionsGreeting customers, helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer serviceCompleting all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownershipsWorking with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager

Qualifications
