Short Description
This Pre Post Op Nurse Coordinator is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.
Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site.This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Moorestown and surrounding areas.Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.Participates in cross training in other specialty areas.Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement projects.Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites.Experience Required
Pre-Post/PACU or Critical Experience Required
Education Requirements
BSN preferred; Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
License/Certification Requirements
