\n Mount plates per customer specifications, meeting cycle time and accuracy requirements using safe work practices. Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork. Read & understand Production Order Packet (POP) Receive and inspect incoming & returned materials and supplies and track usage in database. Detailed oriented; must be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32 of an inch. Support all production activities as they relate to plate mounting. Participate in Preventative Maintenance Activities as assigned. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures. Actively engage in safety programs. Assist other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. \n Minimum of six months experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably with a high-speed process. Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace. Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence. Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level. Well-developed problem-solving skills; creative, out-of-the-box thinker. Record of dependability & reliability. Computer experience preferred. Willingness to work overtime as needed. \n
