Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements
Define the overall system architecture for the system and develop solutions
Prepare and present technical proposals, respond to RFQs
Develop cost estimates for budgeting of the proposal
Pitch automotive capabilities to customers and closely work with sales team
Develop proof of concepts to build in house technical capabilities
What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of automotive domain experience in system and software engineering
Experience in working with OEM / Tier 1 programs
Understanding of Automotive program life cycle – RnD and Production
Well versed with Pre-sales activities
Automotive capabilities pitching to various prospects Responding to RFI / RFQ with full blown proposal Well versed with estimation techniques
Well versed with following areas within Automotive
AUTOSAR with Vector / Elektrobit / mentor graphics tool chain
Functional Safety (ISO26262)
A-SPICE
Model based development
Automotive Cyber Security (ISO21434)
Knowledge / work experience in following areas
ADAS/Digital Cockpit/Infotainment system (IVI)
Electrification/ EV Charging
Connected Technology/Telematics Gateway/ V2X
Domain Controller
Knowledge / work experience with following protocols
CAN / LIN / Automotive Ethernet/UDS/Flexray

Annual Hiring Range:
$150,000 - $180,000/annum
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer.
