My client, a well-established SI company with foot print across APAC, offers a comprehensive range of IT solutions. They're now urgently looking for a Pre-sales Lead/ Director to join the expanding business.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the pre-sales team to ensure high-quality business activity
* Develop and implement technical strategies that align with company goals.
* Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to drive business growth.
* Provide consultancy on IT solutions, focusing on IT infrastructure, Vritualisation, and DevOps
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

* Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role.
* Strong background in driving IT solutions to government, commercial, and financial sectors.
* Expertise in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive technical innovation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
