Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

In this role, you will... + Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Computronix's product as the best solution available. + Evangelize and demonstrate Computronix's products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and customized product demos. + Contribute to proposal writing in response to RFPs and RFIs, including implementation and project approach and description of proposed solutions. + Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify the customer’s requirements. + Present the Computronix technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking, and technology stack. + Participate in all product, sales, and process training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective. + Analyze client requirements and identify a proposed technical solution using Computronix's product suite. + Ability to provide a high-level cost and effort estimate for a given opportunity. + Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to the implementation project kickoff. + Configure demo instances to be able to prove specific business use cases and functionality provided by prospects and customers. + Provide input to other cross-functional departments, especially the product team, pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements, as needed. + Lead or manage a team of developers to configure in short, Agile sprints new functionality needed for a software demo. + Assist the marketing department in conducting webinars and product sessions at user conferences/trade shows. + Travel throughout North America, up to 25% You are perfect for this role if you have... + Excellent presentation skills – ability to listen, engage by asking and clarifying questions, and leading the discussion during presentations/demos + Strong relational skills and ability to connect with the audience + Deep familiarity with software, a broad understanding of hardware, networking, and tech stack  + Strong knowledge within the permitting, licensing, and enforcement business domains (knowing the client's business) is preferred + Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems + Self-motivated, self-managed, and highly resourceful + Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment + Solid understanding of professional services to enable software products + Knowledge of enterprise application platforms, relational databases, and web technology + Ability to stay current with industry trends + B.S.
