*This can be a remote position based anywhere in Europe*


The Pre-Sales & Support Specialist will provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. They will facilitate customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and be responsible for providing pre-sales functional and technical support to the sales team and to prospective hospitality clients and customers. In addition, this position will help handle escalated customer cases and use excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to ensure clients are successful in using and understanding Stayntouch applications.

 

A successful Pre-Sales & Support Specialist enjoys interfacing with people, presenting solutions, solving problems, is passionate about customer service and wants to grow within a business development/client services profession. The Pre-Sales & Support Specialist acts as a technical resource for sales, a liaison between client services and the product/engineering teams, and serves as the voice of the customer internally.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the Stayntouch Cloud PMS solution to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the Stayntouch Cloud PMS solution can address their needs. Conduct live demos and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the PMS. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met. Maintain demo environments with sample data for optimal efficiency and presentation. Gather feedback from potential clients to inform product enhancements as needed. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve client issues. Facilitates the entire call resolution process from initial contact (call or email) to final resolution. Investigate, log and monitor bug reports from discovery through resolution.  Escalates issues, as needed and document requests following established procedures. Manage customer expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction. Work on-call and weekend shifts on rotation. May be required to travel for tradeshows.

 

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent working experience. Hospitality Business background or working record in a hotel environment. Fluent in French and/or German and English  Understanding of how IT solutions can assist hotel businesses, either through previous sales experience or through operational experience in the hospitality industry. Analytical problem-solving skills. Professional presentation skills, including ability to tailor content to audience requirements. Previous experience working directly with business clients. Ability to diagnose, simplify and explain complex issues. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fun fast paced working environment.

 

Required Attributes:

  Previous experience in a similar SaaS software company   Fluent in French and/or German and English   Previous Hospitality experience
