Do you have a passion for preschool education? We have the role for you!

We are working with a preschool in Poole who are looking for a level 3 or above qualified childcare to join their team and over see the running of the preschool

The preschool are looking for preschool leader who

-Has experience working in preschool settings at a senior level

-Can lead by example and motivate a team

-Have a passion for outdoor play and learning

-Can support staff completing their childcare qualifications

-Holds a level 3 or above childcare qualification

As Preschool leader you will lead the nursery and be responsible for implementing creative, high quality provision and build great relationships with the children, their families and your staff team

This is a term time only job working 35 hours a week 830-4pm f0r 38 weeks a year plus 5 training days

Salary £13.26-£14.13 per hour
