Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents  Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 1+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
