The Precision Assembler will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic, preventive and curative maintenance of all vacuum pumps SIHIdry / SIHI Boost at client sites installed in France.
Role will also involve carrying out the repair of the pumps at the QRC of Le Haillan.
Responsibilities :
Regularly check, monitor and maintain equipment (preventive maintenance).
Intervene at our Customers' premises for troubleshooting missions.
Detect the origin of a fault (on-site or remotely) and establish a diagnosis.
Propose solutions to optimize the safety and performance of equipments (monitoring).
Advise and train users on equipments.
Organize and schedule maintenance activities and operations.
Check, start-up, control and monitor SIHIdry / SIHIBoost pumps as well as their shutdown.
Requirements:
English or German written and spoken.
Workshop experience.
Knowledge of automation control and electrical components.
Experience as a mechanic for rotating equipment.
General certificate of education or vocational training.
3 to 5 years relevant experience.
