Your tasks:

Assembly of complex mechanical seals of different types as well as of seal supply systems. Focus on gas-lubricated seals for compressorsQuality assurance - checking and recording dimensions, carrying out pressure tests on individual parts and assemblies Assemblies, support with the spin test of ceramics ringsSupporting the repair process of mechanical seals: identifying the type of defect and the scope of repair of the defect, cleaning and reconditioning repairable componentsSupport for testing mechanical seals in the test fieldEnsure workplace organization according to 6S criteria and support improvementTwo Shifts Operations (Früh und Mittagschicht)

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, fitter or similarKnowledge in handling the relevant measuring equipmentInitial experience with complex assembly tasks desirable Flexibility, commitment, initiative, communication skills
