Accountabilities:
As a PMFD, you will be responsible for synthesizing insights across the geography, defining the priorities for precision medicine within key accounts, and providing regular coaching to your team. You will also be accountable for the engagement of the full team and establishment of a positive culture in line with AZ values, ethical standards, and compliance expectations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelors DegreeMinimum of 7 years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industryPrevious management and leadership experienceAbility to engage, motivate and lead cross-functional teams; strong teamwork and collaboration skillsDesirable Skills/Experience:
