Precision Repair Technician – Aviation Systems (1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM) | $19.00 per hour

💰 Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild aviation equipment, ensuring peak performance.

Utilize diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and pressure gauges.

Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot complex systems.

Apply electrical and electronics theory in real-world applications.

Maintain compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.

Assist in research and development of new repair techniques, with opportunities for on-site and off-site training.

Complete detailed service reports and FAA documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You Bring to the Team:

Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of aviation maintenance and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair equipment using logical troubleshooting methods.

Attention to Detail: Precise handling of measurements, corrosion control, and maintenance documentation.

Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with tools, technical manuals, and repair procedures.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team and document work accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification, Military, or Civil aircraft maintenance experience is a plus.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy equipment (50+ lbs). You’ll need sharp vision and coordination to handle precision tasks effectively.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
